Beaver Halloween Day 2024

Over 75 Beavers from Stafford District came together for a day of Halloween-themed adventures at Beaudesert.

Beavers from across Stafford enjoyed creative activities, making pom pom bats and ghost lanterns. As well as spooky challenges like; escape from the haunted house, carrying the spider through the obstacle course, drawing the face on a pumpkin blindfolded, flapping ghosts across the room, apple bobbing and even digging eyeballs out of oobleck! Beavers also took part in scary-themed beaver Scouting skills, baking apple cinnamon parcels and cooking marshmallows on candles.

It was fantastic to see the 4th, 11th, 12 Rowan, 15th, 17th and 21st Beaver Colonies at the event.

Well done to all the beavers who took part. And thank you to the over 20 adult leaders and young leaders for giving up your Saturday to run this fantastic event.
