District Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Stafford District Scouts invites all leaders and volunteers to attend the District Annual General Meeting (AGM).
This is the annual gathering of all volunteers in Stafford, to complete the formal functions of the District Scout Council in approving appointments to the District Trustee Board and annual accounts, as well as the all-important cheese and wine following the formal proceedings.
It would be great to see as many volunteers as possible at this event.

Location: Council Chamber – County Buildings, Martin Street, Stafford, ST16 2LE
Start Time: 7:30 pm
Volunteers are asked to attend in full uniform.

The meeting will be paperless. Attendees are asked to access the agenda and supporting documents online. These are available to download before the meeting below, as well as during the meeting.
Ahead of the event, Group Scout Leaders, or delegates, should email their annual reports to the District Secretary – Juliet Maiden.
